A former professor of architecture at Kabul University, Afghanistan, graduated from MIT School of Architecture with a Master degree in Housing and Urban Development in June, 1984. Founded Azad Architects in May, 1993.

Lead Architect/Lead Vertical Structure with USAID in Afghanistan.

Senior Consultant/Architect with the World Bank (WB) in Afghanistan.

Senior Consultant/Architect with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in Afghanistan.

Senior Advisor with Ministry of Housing & Urban Development, Kabul Municipality, and Kabul University in Afghanistan.
