Azad Architects has extensive experience in renovation, addition, and rehabilitation projects. We thoroughly
investigate the needs of our clients in the pre-design phase, then planning objectives is translated into a design
environment for the best solution. Careful administration and cost control through all phases of the project is
considered essential.

Mr. Azadzoi, the Principal of Azad Architects, is a registered architect. His design and Master Planning earned
him the coveted Havard/MIT Award while receiving his Master Degree. His background includes a distinguished
career in the planning and design of facilities for the elderly. He provides valued input into each phase of every
project, carfully monitoring the process through which each project develops from initial concept to construction.

William B Rice Eventide Home, Quincy, Massachusetts:
Proposed a new 82 Units Indepenent Living Units (ILU), Renovated and existing 60-unit Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), and renovated
6-Patient Rooms (One Handicapped, 50% ADA). Also, added a new Elevator, New HC Toilets, Living Room, a Dining Room, a
Recreation Room, Physical Therapy,and a new Administration Wing.
New England Deaconess,
Concord, Massachusetts:
New 75 Luxury Independent Living Units (ILU), two
level indoor parking garage, Dining room with
outdoor terrace, Parlar, Multi-Purpose Room,
Private Dining, Library, Kitchen Facility, Family
room, Lobby and Waiting Area, Sitting Rooms, Mail
Room, Convenient Store, Bank, Swimming Pools,
Arts and Crafts, Exercise Room, Wood Shop, and
Lounges.
